The location was great and beautiful: a local shop and local stores were within walking distance. Had tea and goodies at Cafe Urbano, nestled 2 km of the hotel. The restaurant was great for dinner, we ordered excellent dishes...

Had a blast at Sina Suites! The lagoon views were fine, and the pool area was super inviting. Our room was clean and spacious. Just a bit of a hike to the main hustle, but worth it for the peace. Definitely a gem for the price!

Perfect place to have a great rest and to read lots of books in the sun. Spacious rooms all with nice balcony/terrace. Relaxed atmosphere. Nice pool with enough chairs and sun beds to accommodate all guests. Very friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location, bus stop, supermarket and various small places to eat within 5 minutes walk. Good selection of restaurants/shops on the Hotel Strip within 20 minutes walk or 5 minutes by bus (which runs every 5-10 minutes). The owner is currently refurbishing the rooms. The new design is absolutely great. If you are looking for a small hotel with a personal service with a smile this is the place to go.
The rooms can be noisy due to the tiled floors though as most of the guests choose this hotel to have a rest (and not a party) this is not really a problem.

The idyllic lagoon views from my Junior Suite were nice, and the poolside cocktails were a delight. We explored local eats nearby, and Taqueria Los Chachalacos made for some very nice tacos worth every bite!
While the suite was spacious, it felt basic and lacked some charm. The area was pretty quiet with limited nightlife, which might not be everyone's vibe. I also found the breakfast a tad pricey for the offerings.

Good for family rest, very silent, clean area, good view on laguna, very big room with kitchen, free parking.
Very poor breakfast, rooms are old and need for some repair. Strong smell in thе bathroom, furniture is old too and produces loud sounds. On lagune you can`t swim and need to go for a beach to another places(min 20 minutes). Some of the staff doesn`t speak English.

Limited dining options with a menu that doesn't change much. The pool area is waist deep, which might not suit everyone, and there's a noticeable absence of social spaces for hanging out. The TV only has 10 channels, and the remote may not work effectively.

Excellent smaller hotel for the budget minded. Beautiful view of lagoon. Very peaceful away from the commercialised Cancun. Staff very welcoming. Would book again. Recommended.
